FAQs

What are your manufacturing and shipping times?

Each product requires 2 - 3 business days to manufacture (i.e. print, assemble, and package).

We have 15 different manufacturing facilities located all over the world. Our shipping times depend on where the product is being manufactured and where it is being shipped to. Our app always routes your orders to the manucaturing center that is closest to your buyer. We do this in order to minimize shipping times for you.

Ship times from and to the same region (e.g. US to US, UK to UK, UK to Europe, etc.) are approximately 3-7 days, and ship times from region to region (e.g. US to Canada, US to UK , or Canada to Europe, etc.) are approximately 7-14 days.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel, you will need to reach out to our customer service team at support@rhsphotos.com. Please be sure to provide the Pixels order number and reason for canceling.

What is your cancellation / return policy?

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on RHS Photos, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - RHS Photos does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

We will e-mail the RMA label to you so that you can attach it to the outside of the package that is being used to return the product.

What happens if my order is damaged during shipment?

We replace it!

We do our absolute best to package your order so that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we can't control the UPS / FedEx delivery drivers who will be handling the order along the way.

If your order arrives damaged, simply contact us and we'll get a replacement order into production ASAP:

Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't be in business for very long if it did!

Can I hang my prints in a bathroom?

Yes - you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower.

Our "hardiest" products for bathroom use are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue, at all.

Framed prints and canvas prints will work fine in a bathroom, as well. Just make sure that you're not exposing them to prolonged periods of high moisture from long, hot showers.

Do you use a UV protectant to protect your prints?

All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), and greeting cards receive a UV protective coating.

Metal prints and acrylic prints do not receiving a protective coating.

What's the difference between an acrylic print and a canvas print?

With a canvas print, the image is printed onto a sheet of canvas, and then the canvas is stretched onto wooden stretcher bars that are 1.5" thick.

With an acrylic print, the image is printed onto a back of a 3/8" thick sheet of acrylic (i.e. plastic).

What's the difference between a glossy canvas and a matte canvas?

The only different is in the "shine" of the canvas. Glossy prints have a glossy coating applied to them which causes the canvas to reflect light better. Matte prints do not have this coating.

Picture your dining room table before and after you wipe it down with furniture cleaner. Before - it's a little dull looking. After - it's shiny. That's the difference between matte and glossy.

Can I hang my prints outside?

Yes - you can hang your prints outside. However - do not hang them anywhere where they will be exposed to direct rain.

Our "hardiest" products for outside use are metal prints and acrylic prints. Both products do not use any paper or canvas, and as a result, moisture is not an issue.
