To cancel, you will need to reach out to our customer service team at support@rhsphotos.com. Please be sure to provide the Pixels order number and reason for canceling.
What is your cancellation / return policy? If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on RHS Photos, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date. As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price. Please note - RHS Photos does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality. We will e-mail the RMA label to you so that you can attach it to the outside of the package that is being used to return the product.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipment? We replace it! Don't worry - damage rarely occurs. We wouldn't be in business for very long if it did!
Can I hang my prints in a bathroom? Yes - you can hang your prints in a bathroom. Just make sure that they're not exposed to direct spray from the shower.
Do you use a UV protectant to protect your prints? All canvas prints, framed prints, regular prints (rolled in a tube), and greeting cards receive a UV protective coating.
What's the difference between an acrylic print and a canvas print? With a canvas print, the image is printed onto a sheet of canvas, and then the canvas is stretched onto wooden stretcher bars that are 1.5" thick. With an acrylic print, the image is printed onto a back of a 3/8" thick sheet of acrylic (i.e. plastic).
What's the difference between a glossy canvas and a matte canvas? The only different is in the "shine" of the canvas. Glossy prints have a glossy coating applied to them which causes the canvas to reflect light better. Matte prints do not have this coating.
